If I win a scholarship I will return to school I have a diploma of teaching french and arabic from morocco ,I worked as a teacher for 7 years ,I left my country to join my husband in usa my hope is to further my education and get more opportunities to get a good job .
I would like to win a $50,000.00 scholarship because, I am currently in Allied Health Sciences at South University that, I am going for my Registered Nurse’s license as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing but, I plan to continue my education to get my Master’s Degree and then, my Doctorate’s Degree and it would really take a lot of pressure off of me financially and would make me a very happy person to get such a wonderful scholarship to be able to further my future with no worries in sight.I have always wanted to be a nurse since, I was little and this will make my dreams come true! Thank you!
If I had 50,000 for college I would alleviate the stress that has been brought upon my family by my acceptance into one of the leading music schools in the country, the Bostoin Conservatory. We do not have the means to pay the 50,000 dollars tuition therefore if I had the scholarship I could reduce the stress of my family. They remain strong and encourage me to persue my dreams by attending the college of my dreams but are burdened by the stress of the cost. Becoming a performing musician of any sort requires years of training from the correct institutions which makes it oblicatory that I study there. All I have ever wanted to do was to become an opera singer and now that I have been accepted somewhere that I can receive the proper training I am not sure that I will be able to go. With this scholarship not only would I be able to broaden my horizon and ameliorate my singing skills but also make my family proud without the burden to debt.
Hey thats really interesting! I hope you win this one! yeah good luck!
those who support can always us support too!!!
I think that’s terrific! It’s great that you want to give back. I believe that myself. That’s all I’ve ever done in my 50 years. I’m a 20 year veteran, disabled and want to start over and having trouble getting my entitled benefits, mostly ignorant employees losing my paperwork and don’t understand the regulations. I’ve taught in the military and civilian arena. I’ve done volunteer work for 40 years and continue doing the same. I’ve faught for education for the military to get better education benefits and yet I’m having trouble getting mine.
i hope you are able to get what is Entitlted to you. I know how hard it can be to get things from place such as that. haha i am 18 and trying to get things going so i can continue learning
It would be a blessing to receive a scholarship to attend college. It is so expenseive and my mother is a single parent and it is very hard to get money to pay for my college education. I have a sister that will be coming to college in a year. To receive this scholarship it would be greatly appreciated. It is so wonderful that they are programs like this to help young kids that want to further their education. Thanks so much……
I AM A 38YR YOUNG FEMALE, THAT HAS DECIDED TO CONTINUE HER EDUCATION. I AM ENROLLED AT VIRGINIA COLLEGE, IN JACKSONVILE FLORIDA (HEALTHCARE REIMBURISHMENT) AND FINDING MONEY FOR SCHOOL ISN'T EASY BEING DISABLED. I AM THANKFUL FOR THIS CHANCE TO EVEN TRY AND GOD BLESS THOSE OTHER THAN MYSELF AS WELL.
Hi Pamelaa,
Thank you for your obvious example of perseverance and courage, first of all, to be a single parent; and secondly, in the midst of life’s challenges to be willing to take on the responsibility and hard work required to continue your education. Keep persevering – in the end you will be able to provide for yourself and your family and also to be an inspiration to others. I wish you the best as you pursue your educational goals.
I would pay off my whole tuition
I would pay my entire tution off too because in loans its about 9500 a year and times that times 4 i will have 10,000 to put away for a rainy day. (Second thoughts I would put it in my sons account for school)
SAME HERE!!
if i had $50,000 I would do a lot of different things with that money. First it would depend onmy current situation if my family and I were in a bad situation then we would use the money to improve the situation and our way of life. If we were all right then i would use the money to get an education at eithe Humboldt or a division 1 college because I want to play sports at the highest possible level
I agree jorge, it would mean a weight lifted off our shoulders.
If I were to have $50,000 I would, in a heartbeat, go to Nursing School. As of right now I am taking my life one step at a time being a single mother. I am attending an MA course and after I get the opportunity of working in the Medical field I am definitely going to get my RN to better my future as well as my daughters.
If I win a 50,000 scholarship that would pay a whole lot for the college I want to whichis Temple and my parents wouldn't have to worry much about financial aid.
I am a 51 year old mother and grandmother raising my 11 year old grandson. At this late age in my life I decided to
enroll into school. Knowing that education is the key to being successful and bettering yourself financially and intellectually, I felt that it was pass time for me. I,m about finish with my associate degree and plan to take my education to the next level. If I had 50,000 dollar scholarship it could graciously help me to continue my dream.
I would use a $50,000 scholarship to pay my way through college such as tuition, textbooks, dorm fees; etc. Since both of my parents are on disability and have set-incomes, I can't rely on them for help on college. I have been looking at several sites with available scholarships, but it seems like my chances are slim to none. I'm really hoping the FAFSA form will pull me through. $50,000 would be the prayer I need to further my education.
With that scholarship, I can go to college without the student loans
If i were the winner of a $50,000 scholarship i would be able to afford the collage I have always wanted to go to. I could concentrate my full attention to my studies instead of worrying about money.
if i had $50,000 dollars i would attually be able to go to college andi've always wanted to go. its been a dream of mine since i was fifteen. the exprience and being able to go into a career i really want would be the most amazing thing in life.
i would love to enter cause i really need help paying for school i'm applying for every scholarship i find but im not 18 yet
will hang in there dude! I know for sure it’s rough and all but heck if your smart and able you can do anything! yeah good luck!!!
i would pay off my loans and tuition
If i won this scholarship it will help me pay for my college tuition because this year i am not able to go to back to school untill january. This was only because i couldnt get a loan and the scholarships i applied for are up late in the year.
I have the same problem with you…
If I was to get a 50,000 scholarship, I would pay off all four years of college. That way I could get the most important things out the way which is college
If i were to have a $50,000 scholarship i would use it to finish school. I am still going to school and my financial aid can cover some of the costs, but it will take me longer to graduate. I could use the $50,00 also so that i don't accrue too much student loans to pay off. The less my loans are the less i have to worry later in life. I am the first of my family to go to college, I would also like to be the first to graduate from college too. My younger brother and sisters all look up to me. I would like to show them its possible to do what my family calls the impossible.
If I had $50,000 I would use it to pay for school. Knowledge is power.
i will use the $50.000 to pay for my tuition
I could do so much with $50,000. I could have my tuition and supplies paid for the remainder of my schooling, including a new computer to do my projects. I could find a new place to live that would have plenty of space for me to focus on school work. I have a small student loan that I could easily pay off and put some toward my car as well. Mostly, I would just like to have money put back in case of any kind of emergency. Right now, it takes all I have to pay my bills every month and I worry about extra expenses.
i will use it to pay for my tuition
If I won a $50,000 scholarship i would pay off my first three years of college because at the college i would like to attend, it would cost about a total of 16,000 a year.
If i had $50,000 scholarship, i would pay off my technical school and then use the rest to go back to school so i could further my education in my medical field.
If I had $50,000 I could pay for all of college and then some
My parents’ struggle with Crohn’s Disease and Type 1 diabetes has taught me to value my health and opportunities. I plan to attend university and medical school. With my family’s medical bills, a $50,000 scholarship would be an incredible blessing!
If I were to win the scholarship, I would definitely use it to fund my dream career goal. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor in Science with a major in Business Management and ORganizational Leadership but I am seriously considering a change in major to Biochemical Engineering with a double major in genetics and biotechnology. I would like to someday find a way to reset our genetic code that enables our bodies to heal overnight and to regrow limbs. It would be my way of improving the human condition.
If i am to win the scholarship of $50,000 it would be distant dream come true for i had been looking for long time for upgrating my education and bring difference in the environment that i leave in
