Hi all! Did you know that the March 10K scholarship drawing is just six days away? Thats right! We will be drawing the winner on Monday which means you have until Sunday night at midnight to earn scholarship points and enter them into the drawing.

If you are still looking for more ways to earn scholarship points here are a few articles that you may not have read to keep you going:

Accredited Distance Learning: Distance learning is a wonderful new way of earning your degree without the hassle and added expense of traditional schools. You can earn all kinds of degrees and certifications through the different accredited distance learning programs that are out there.

How are private student loan interest rates determined? Unlike federal student loans, private student loans do not have a universal fixed interest rate.Private student loan interest rated are calculated based on a published index, such as the Prime Rate or LIBOR, and a margin based on your credit score and credit history. Private student loan interest rates fluctuate over time and interest begins accruing as soon as the loan is disbursed.

    I have read the above info and I do not think I qualify for the work study program, but with the above help I am looking into other options.

    My name is Bridgett Moore, I made 9,000 last year, I am barley makeing it and am doing without just to survive. My dream is to be an Enviornmental Tech. I am determined to be a part in helping save the planet and our enviornment, I come from a poor family, have had numerous surgeries with bad credit so I don't qualify for a loan.

    I pray that I win I will be a little part in makeing such a big difference in this world today. Thank you Bridgett Moore.

    I am currently getting Stafford loans, but they are not enough to cover the tution at my college. I only have one more year left, and If I don't receive additional financing, I will not be able to return for my final year. I am going fulltime, and at this time do not have a job for any type of income. Thank you, Laurie Schalliol
