10.09.08 | New Site – Find Our Bugs and Get Mad Points!
We launched a new version of the ScholarshipPoints.com website this morning at 8:00am EST. This update was a long time in coming and incorporates a lot of your feedback so please keep sending it to us.

If you find a bug, error, broken thing or typographical error, or if something is just super difficult or nonsensical please post it in the forum: http://forum.scholarshippoints.com/post355.html#p355
If you are the first one to report on a new issue or problem we will reward you with a sweet point code. If you find a really critical issue or are over the top helpful we may also send you some cool swag!
What We Updated
We worked on several areas of the site. Here is a rundown of some of the new things:
- When you log in you are now presented with “My ScholarshipPoints” which is customized for each user. Only activities you have yet to do will be there and you can access all your account info there as well.
- We now have RSS feeds for your point activities and for the scholarships so you can sign up for them and get new activities and scholarships beamed straight into your RSS reader or email client.
- You now log in on the top right of any page.
- Your points are displayed at all times on the top right of any page as well as the box used for redeeming codes. You must be logged in to see that.
- When you log in you will now have a control panel on the left to accomplish all your important stuff.
We’ll add more details later. In the meantime, beat up the site and for each error you find we’ll beat up the Professor (its probably his fault). Just don’t forget to post them in the forum for us.

You don’t have to be 18, you just have to be in college to actually enter into the scholarships. But you can still build up tons of points in high school–once you’re committed to a school you’re ready to enter.

How come it is limited to 18 years and older? Am I being punished for being one of those borderline birthdays? I will be 17 in Oct. I am resposible financialy for my degree that I will start up in fall 2009.
