i agree there are many things that you will need to do to get perpARED FOR COLLEGE. LET ME TELL YOU WHERE I WENT WRONG FRESHMAN YEAR. DO NOT LET FRIENDS STOP YOU FROM GETTING YOUR EDUCATION. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS KEEP YOUR GOALS IN MIND AND DONT SLACK OFF. FRESHMAN YEAR TO ME IS A VERY BIG YEAR FOR YOU AND YOU WANT TO SLACK OFF BUT DONT B/C IT WILL PAY OFF BY SENIOR YEAR.

there's so many things you can do to get ready for college. for now i'd concentrate on doing well in school and doing plenty of extra-curricular things like sports or band. but it's definitely never too early to save. try opening up a free ING savings account–the scholarshippoints guys will put you in an entry to win $500 if you do. click 'earn points' up top and you'll see where to go from there
