Did you find online education easy? Was it more difficult than a traditional classroom setting? How long did it take you to get your degree? Was it expensive? Would you do it again? What was the financial aid process like? Did your classes transfer without a problem? Did a prospective employer have reservations about hiring you because your degree was from an online institution? Any other thoughts?

I was planning to enroll online, but I decided not to because ii heard it was a lot harder to motivate yourself to do the work. I also hears the application a financial part was hard to get a hold of as well
I have taken online courses before and i have found it hard to keep up with!
I've found it to be very convenient as far as being able to schedule classes around work. And being able to attend class from the comfort of my own home is great!
my only thing is that i need money for school bad… and I dont really know what to do.
I filled out my FAFSA and was required to use my dad and step-moms income because I lived with them during my senior year. My step mom makes a lot of money, so I did not qualify for any assistance, even though she has no obligation to pay for my college education and won't.
I don't think it would be the best way for me to get my education.
Online college is not the best choice for me.
good stuff
I have been a student for almost a year going through Kaplan University online. It has been easy and the academic advisors are very helpful.
i'm planning on taking online classes at winter, so i dont have to drive all the way to my college… But i prefer on CAMPUS!
online college doesn't work for me
I was think about online schooling (Phoenix university), but I think campus life and interation is much better for those who are outgoing and with an ambitious personality. I was homeschooled online for 7years, soo I'm not sure I would want to go back to education online.
I prefer going to classes.
I have never taken any online classes, but I have a friend who has, she is doing her master's in business all online and she says she prefers it to traditional on campus learning, so I might try it.
I have been a student who have taken online classes through Everest University. It was a great experience and very convenient for accommodating my schedule as a full time student and a full time employment. I had no trouble staying motivated as I always kept in mind what my goals are. I experienced great success as an online student and I think its a great option, particularly for working adults. It provides a convenience not afforded by on campus classes.
I am definitely stressing over finding a way to pay for my college expenses, before i am even there. Scholarships are the way to go.
I need to get college scholarships bad!! I don't want to be in college debt.
I have taken an online course before. To say the least, it is different. Although it is fairly flexible, I rather the one-on-one interactions with my peers and instructors
I know a lot of people who took online classes and they are very hard its better to just take the class
I have been a student at columbia state and am currently enrolled in an online course… I like it. it is very helpful, espically if you have a busy schedule like i do. I like being able to work at my own pace and not have to try to meet tons of deadlines. Online classes are awesome.
I like on line classes. It is more convenient for me.I also have more flexibility.
I LIKE GOING TO CLASSES.
online classes seem like they would be hard to get through because you really dont have anything or anybody to keep you on track and stay focus.
I have taken one online class and I enjoyed it. I work full time so it was nice being able to choose when to do my work.
i took classes online this past summer. they weren't challenging.
It's hard not having all that you need to function in classes. I just need a little help to fully function in school.
Online classes allow you to work on assignments at your convenience. It's especially great for work at home moms like myself. The only thing is that you have to be very committed and have self control because you must keep up with the assignments and make sure you turn them in ontime.
I'm not interested in online college since one needs the environment of other people and not just your room.
Never took one, not interested
don't like online classes….
I have been a online student for two semesters now and I have to say it is great. I am currently attending Kaplan University for my AAS in Medical transcription, it is convenient and very challenging.
I attend Uop the only thing I hate is the learning team the should stop using them after the first year
I like campuses
i am not interested in online classes either. for one thing the interaction with other students could only betterment your social skills…
Thanks for writing such an easy-to-undreasntd article on this topic.
its great for online.
I did some online schooling in high school and I wasn't impressed at all. You didn't get the hands on part that you needed and you where very limited to what you could do.
I am currently taking online classes and it is the best thing ever being that I am a stay-at-home mom.
I FEEL THAT EVERYONE IS RIGHT
It is really different, I would reccomend a campus, however some people have important reasons online classes.
i like going to classes
I took one online hybrid class of Chemistry last semester. It was really helpful.
It is a great advantage to take classes online
it is a great advantage
I was looking into taking an online course but I heard that it is far from worth your time.
Great!!!!!! If it helps me pay for college.
I think Online classes is the best way, but i have to admit it'll be harder to learn; simply, because u will have to teach yourself.
I am planning on maybe taking online classes once i finish my last year, but I heard it takes a lot of motivation and time. So generally I think I'm just going to go to day classes.
