SoilHello scholarship seekers! I know if has been awhile since I gave you an update, but I have a few new scholarships to tell you about this week.

The first is a scholarship from the Foundation for Rural Education and Development. Each year this organization awards scholarships to rural America’s most accomplished and intelligent students. Scholarships range from $1,000 to $5,000.

The second scholarship I want to tell you about is the MIT Federal Credit Union 2010 Memorial Scholarship Program. Each year, MIT Federal Credit Union recognizes outstanding student members through its Memorial Scholarship Program in honor of former MITFCU staff and volunteers who have contributed to the success or the organization. In total the organization plans to award six $1,000 scholarships.

The final scholarship I want to tell you about today is the Freehold Soil Conservation District Scholarship. For the 31st consecutive year the Freehold Soil Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be awarding scholarships to college students majoring in a field related to the conservation of natural resources. Three $2,000 scholarships will be awarded in the summer of 2010!

So there you have it! Make sure you visit StudentScholarshipSearch.com to see if you qualify for these and other scholarships. Good luck!
