Hello there scholarship seekers! Hope you all had a great week. Though the weekend is upon us, I thought you might be able to squeeze in some time to search for scholarships. Here are a few to get the ball rolling.

The first scholarship I have for you today is the Presell R. Robinson Scholars Program. This is a scholarship awarded annually to residents of North Carolina who are planning on majoring in education at an in-state post-secondary institution. Award amount vary, and students must have a 3.0 grade point average in order to be eligible.

The second scholarship is the New York State World Trade Center Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship was setup for the families and dependents of deceased or disabled victims in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States of America. Students must study at an approved in-state post-secondary institution in order to be eligible.

The final scholarship comes from the Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation. This organization provides scholarship, grant and loan opportunities for Masons, their siblings, children and members of the Masonic related youth groups in Pennsylvania.

Hi all! Hope you are enjoying you week. It is time for another New Scholarships Alert! Keep reading to see if you might qualify for any of these new awards.

The first scholarship I have for you comes from the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts. The African American Achievement Scholarship is awarded to African Americans students who reside in the state of Massachusetts and plan to attend a four-year college or university.

The next scholarship is the Ronald McDonald House Charities Scholarship Program. These awards are offered to students in financial need who have demonstrated academic achievement and community involvement. There are four different scholarships offered through this program and applicants may only apply for one of the four.

The final scholarship is the Dr. Marie E. Zarkrzewski Medical Scholarship. This program provides scholarships for female student of Polish descent who are entering a year of M.D. studies. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Financial need is considered and preference is given to residents of Massachusetts.
